The basic document that will be obtained when you want to set up a company include:

• Deed of Incorporation
• Legalization of Deed of Establishment
• Corporate Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP)
• Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) of the Director (if needed)
• Business Identification Number (NIB)
• Location permission
• Company Bank Account Registration.

Based on the above documents, the company are legally invest in Indonesia.
